SOURCE OF FINANCES AND DIRECTIONS OF EXPENSES ON THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN THE COMMUNE

Abstract
Currently crisis situations are accompanying various actions on the Polish economy. Definition of the crisis situation, planning assignments on the scope of the crisis management, financing of these tasks, the competent authorities responsible for their realization are definite in the act on the crisis management. The acquaintance of all legal documents concerning the crisis management is conditioning the real planning, the performance, financing and the inspection of the execution of tasks from this area on the national and self-government level. In the article principles of financing the crisis management in Poland on the self-government level and practical problems of their realization were presented. An expenses on the crisis management in the chosen rural commune was analysed in the period of four final years.
