SPIRIT (MODE) OF HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT AS THE EMOTIONAL FAVORABLE BACKGROUND OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
In a changing socio-cultural situation, when instability in society, boundless freedom, is fueled by the values of a low culture of market self-organization, it is impossible to provide spiritual uplift and high professional skills of future specialists, so on the first place, in the educational process, is the socially certain person, his personality and spirituality. The teacher in the student group of higher education institution is subject to conditions favorable emotional atmosphere, subject to results and bears his responsibility for their development and formation. The state of the emotionally favorable background of the higher education institution is determined by its orientation, rec- ognition by the student group of cultural values, the culture of the organization of the educational process, including traditions, rituals, symbols, moral and ethical norms and behaviors, as well as the presence of “celebrities” in a higher education institu- tion, a situation of success, a positive self image and the image of an educational institution. The main characteristics of the spirit as an emotionally favorable background in the institution of higher education are: – attitude to the higher education institution as a hole educational space, where the standards of pedagogical activity, behavior of teachers and cadets are reproduced; Innovative activities are carried out, the methodical provision of the pedagog- ical process aimed at the development of the team of cadets and their members is created; – availability of the installation and positive motivation for training as an important factor of enriching the teacher's per- sonality; – implementation of purposeful, systematic preparation of teachers for the mastery of pedagogical theory and experience in providing an emotionally favorable environment for a group of students, formation of their readiness to provide the emotional climate in the team of cadets as an important characteristic of pedagogical professionalism; – satisfaction of teachers with relationships, interaction, cooperation and co-creation in the course of preparation in the system of methodical work; – the presence of a successful emotional state at different stages of training in the system of educational and methodological work of the institution of higher education; – the orientation of the participants in the learning process to a positive result, the achievement of the projected goals and tasks; – monitoring, evaluation and self-assessment of educational achievements, level of professionalism and character of a positive attitude in higher education institution. It is necessary to form an emotionally favorable way in the institute, which ensures the possibility of forming the general cultural competences of the graduate all-round personality development, as well as directly contributes to the mastering of the main educational program of the respective training field.
