SPIRITUAL POWER OF PERSONALITY ACTION

Abstract
The author's creative search that is aimed at the value improvement of the personality is based on the idea that the very human spirituality appears to be true, and the knowledge is not. Taking this into account, it is emphasized that it is necessary to form an internal attitude in the growing personality that its spiritual values, as the basis of its worthy deeds, raise it above utilitarian aspirations and yearnings. The personality should not limit itself to these entities in its reasoning, but concentrate, at least from time to time, on deeper problems of life. Among such a radical one, one must consider readiness for a value action as the germ of a higher life. It is also noted that the situations of the personality actions can create for personality certain physical, emotional, and social threats of varying degrees of magnitude that it must take into account and react accordingly. Therefore, in order to choose one's own tactics of behavior, the growing personality must be fully aware of these threats and, so to speak, be able to weigh them at the cost of one’s internal capabilities. The author of the article emphasizes that the problem of complexity and accessibility of psychological mechanisms on which the educational process should be based in the age context remains open. The question of mechanisms that should begin this process without expressed internal barriers is legitimate. Therefore, the author accentuates attention to these psychological mechanisms, and emphasizes their importance in pedagogical activity.
