Abstract
In order to find out the staffing of the National Police in the article, the content of the terms «personnel policy», «human resources», «staffing», etc. is analyzed. The concept of staffing of the bodies of the National Police is defined. The main measures aimed at improving the personnel provision of the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are identified.
