Știința dreptului informațional – concept și metodologie

Abstract
With the appearance of a new branch in the national law system, the set of scientific categories inherent for this branch was profiled. In this sense, some problems emerges inevitably, which creates a conceptual image about this science, namely: essence, methodology, object of study, aim and functions of the science of information law, its system and structure, methods of scientific research, the notional-categorial apparatus, that is, those logical-scientific aspects that accompany the process of improving legal science, knowing the mechanisms of its vitality.
