СУЧАСНІ СОЦІОКУЛЬТУРНІ ЗМІНИ ЯК ЧИННИК КУЛЬТУРНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ДЕРЖАВИ

Abstract
This article analyzes the conceptual problems arising under the influence of social and cultural changes within the Ukrainian state’s cultural policy. The article shows the issues of cultural policy and social and cultural transformations to belong to interdisciplinary studies and not to be solved within a narrow direction or a separate science. The values question plays a key role in building a free and really independent Ukrainian state. Studies of the Ukrainian society’s social and cultural transformations should integrate into in all-European discourse, since having chosen the European vector of development Ukraine has got on the way of its modernization under the laws of thought. It is proved that the Ukrainian state’s cultural policy should take into account social and cultural changes – globalization and antiglobalization, value and sematic breakage, post-Soviet and post-colonial situations.
