Tax and non-tax mechanisms filling local budgets in Ukraine

Abstract
Theoretical and practical principles of functioning of the mechanism of formation of mobilization of local budget revenues using tax and non-tax methods. Methods, forms, tools, levers of the mechanism mobilizing local budget revenues are outlined and characterized. On the key aspects of the functioning of that part of the budget mechanism of the state and its role in the regulation of social-economic processes was paid attention.
