THE CONFLICTS OF LAW THAT ARISE IN DISMISSAL UNDER ART. 40, P. 6 OF THE LABOUR CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In this article the essence and specific features of employment contract termination by the employer in connection with the renewal of the employee, who previously performed this work are underlined. Focus on that the current Labour legislation establishes guarantees for certain categories of persons, both during their recruitment and on release from the last one. In that regard the article points out the mechanism for resolving conflicts of law, which take part, when employees dismissed under article 40, paragraph 6 of the Labour Code of Ukraine.
