In the article the methodological basis of strategic management accounting theory of the firms studied. Systematization of theories of the firm in aspects of the functioning of the firm and the research methodology conducted. Тhe basic methodology of theory of the firm for the conceptualization of strategic management accounting, aimed at the formation of the information field of the company as a whole pastfuture of the subject in space and time allocated.
