THE DONATION CONTRACT AS A FORM OF GIFT

Abstract
This article examines legal nature of contract donation based its comparison of donation contract. Attention is focused on comparing «donation», «charity donation» and «donation agreement», «contract charitable donations». Determine legal nature of contracts for grants and targeted non-repayable financial assistance.
