The experience of political foresight (according to D. Bell) and the need of its introduction in the modern political practice

Abstract
In the article the substantive theoretical provisions of the advanced studies of the known researcher of paradigm of political prognostication of D. Bell and experience of possibility of their introduction are analysed in modern political practice. The basic constituents of process of political prognostication and his influence are shown on a political process on the whole.
