THE GENESIS OF CRIMINAL LAW PROTECTION OF WATER RESOURCES IN THE LEGISLATION OF MODERN TIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to issues of historical development of criminal-legal protec- tion of water resources in legislation of new time. The author analyzed legislation in field of criminal-legal protection of water resources in various stages of its develop- ment and focused on its development on protection of water resources from ancient world to beginning of XX century.
