Abstract
In the article defined developmental stages of criminal responsibility for the illegal acquisition of the assets of the enterprise, institution or organization. Proposed changes to the penal legislation of Ukraine in the field of economic activity, taking into account the study of the historical experience of legislative activity. Suggested that responsibility for raiding in the section “Crimes against property” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
