The relationship of organizational culture and perception of organizational justice with job satisfaction in Customs Administration of Fars Province

Abstract
Motivated employees are the most valuable resource for the organization and paying attention to their needs and obtaining their satisfaction is important. Organizational justice too is of special importance due to its important impacts on individual and organizational work results and employees’ attitudes and behaviors such as job satisfaction. Organizational culture is a subject that has recently entered the knowledge of management in the domain of organizational behavior. After new studies and theories in management, organizational culture has gained increasing importance and has become of the main and central subjects in management in a way that many researchers believe that Japan’s success in industry and management is one of the main reasons for their attention to organizational culture. Therefore, the aim of this study is exploring the relationship of organizational culture, perception of organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees at Shiraz Customs Administration. The data required for the present study were obtained through standardized questionnaire. The sample size was 120 employees which were selected through random sampling. Then structural equation modelling and Lisrel8 software were used. The results show that perception of justice results in the increase of job satisfaction in employees working in Customs Administration of Fars Province.
