THE ROLE OF ECOSYSTEM APPROACH IN IRRIGATED AGRICULTURE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article explores the potential role of ecosystem approach in innovation development of irrigated agriculture management. There are shown possible directions of implementation of ecosystem approach principles in order to ensure effective functioning of the irrigation and meliorative complex of Ukraine. The essence of ecosystem services and their classification during hydro-reclamation activities are described in the article together with the methods of economic evaluation of environmental services and possible problems in determining their role in improving their usage politics of land and water resources.
