THE STATE SUPPORT FOR FARMING HOUSES IN TERMS OF GLOBAL INSTABILITY

Abstract

Ukraine is a state with a high level of development of the agrarian sphere, and more and more people are interested in opening their own farms. That is why the government had introduced measures of the industry, which should include reimbursement for construction, reconstruction of livestock farms, purchase of machinery and equipment and others. The article considers the system of state support for the development of farms in Ukraine. The program of support for the development of farms for 2018 is considered. The ways of supporting agricultural commodity producers are set out, namely: allocation of budget subsidies per unit of cultivated land; partial budget reimbursement of the cost of sowed high-reproduction seed of agricultural crops; implementation of targeted state programs aimed at improving soil fertility, combating pests and diseases of crops and animal farming on radiation-contaminated areas and so on. Ways partial reimbursement to farmers for their further development, such as the use of state forward purchases of grain in the organized agricultural market; application of the zero import duty rate; Reducing the cost of identifying and registering farm animals; compensation and compensation at the expense of the state budget to the agricultural commodity producers of the cost of built-up in the countryside of social and domestic facilities; support for the provision of marketing and product promotion services to the market; provides support for activities related to ensuring quality control and food safety, etc. So, the state encourages start-up farmers, and enterprises engaged in agricultural production. This program has a positive effect on farmers and can help them achieve higher efficiency, due to a possible increase productivity, increasing GDP. Implementation of systemic support for farming will increase the production of gross agricultural products by half in three years to 12% and develop the processing of raw materials within the country. This will ensure the growth of foreign exchange earnings from agrarian exports and increase margin for economic entities.
