The State System of Strategic Management to Monitor the Provision of Higher Educational Services

Abstract
The article analyses the concepts of “control”, “state control,” and “strategic management.” In particular, the author focuses on the activities of Ukraine’s State Inspectorate of educational institutions, which is the authorized body responsible for monitoring the provision of higher educational services.
