The Technology of Organization the Bilingual Education of Social Sphere Specialists the Professional Subjects in Higher Educational Institutions

Abstract
In this article the technology and methodological basis for the organization of classes in universities with special courses on bilingual basis are represented. In the article the organizational and pedagogical conditions for its effective use in the process of formation the socio-cultural and professional competences in the students of non-linguistic specialties are described. The article states that the presented technology and methodological basis for the organization of classes in universities with special courses on bilingual basis are realized in preparing graduate students of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University and can find its application in other universities. It is proved that the usage of this technology will enable to increase the relevance of the results of social interaction, the needs of all target groups, which social sphere operates, because with the help of this technology the students form as linguistic communication as professional competences, increase personal motivation to study, cognitive activities and strengthen communication content of professional training in higher educational institutions with the needs of the modern labor market concerning the bilingual specialists.
