THE TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OF THE MANAGERS OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The methodological basis of the transformation of the management experience of managers of institutions of secondary education, namely holistic approach, philosophical ideas of constructive transgression, the concept of creative destruction have been determined. The adults’ education potential in the adaptation of the past acquired experience in the management of the educational institution to the modern needs of the educational branch have been illuminated. The effective practices that contribute to the transformation of management experience of the heads of educational institutions have been offered. The attention is paid to overcoming of managerial stereotypes, which do not correspond to the present. It is proposed to change the formula of success in the past to an innovative formula of success.
