THE WAYS OF FORMING LEGAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ECONOMISTS IN MOUNTAINOUS REGION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article discusses some aspects of the experimental approach to formation of legal competence economists. The author focuses on the ways in which the designated process is effective. Analyzes the scientific approaches to understanding the competence of experts, including experts and economists determined the structure of professional competence and place of legal knowledge and skills. The use of competency approach in professional training of economists is soundly. The specific professional competence of experts in economics, serving leading precondition for the effectiveness of their professional work in the conditions of the mountain region is found. Describes the structure of professional competence of future economists that includes: 1) competence in economic activity; 2) competence in other areas of professional activity; 3) production and activity-competence; 4) information and computer competence; 5) communicative competence; 6) competence in the field of self-determination and personal qualities. Theoretical foundation of the concept of «formation of professional competence» is made. Component structure of professional competence of experts in the field of economy is clarified. The author reveals the concepts and components characterize the legal competence economist, its importance for professional competence of the profession in terms of the mountainous region. The author notes that the successful formation of legal competence directly affects the formation of the future professional world, its value orientation. Legal expertise - a system of legal knowledge, beliefs, skills, experience, mechanism of law and legal technologies that allow individual orientate in the legal field, legally correctly find it solve problems that arise. This article identifies the key ways of creating legal competence in teaching in higher education, the content of legal knowledge, which should have future economists who will work under the mountain region.
