THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF WRITING NATIONAL PASSPORT OF THREATS TO NATIONAL INTERESTS IN THE FIELD OF BIOSECURITY

Abstract
The article reviews the current aspects of writing national passport of threats to national interests in the field of biosecurity. The article provides the analysis of the theoretical basis for the creation of passport of threats to national interests in the field of biosecurity. It explicates the structure and content of a passport of threats to national interests in the field of biosecurity. Some issues of monitoring and evaluation of threats to national interests in the field of biological safety are considered. In particular in order to monitor threats in the relevant area, it іt has been proposed a new structure of the passport of threats to national interests in the field of biosecurity.
