THINGS WITH ORIGIN FEATURES AS OBJECTS OF CIVIL RIGHTS

Abstract
The articled deals with conducting scientific-theoretical analysis of the essence and the legal nature of things characterized by the origin features, studying peculiarities of their legal regime and determining the place in the system of the objects of civil rights. The conducted research proves that there is a tight connection between the things characterized by the origin features and individually determined that is the basis for a certain review of the traditional concept concerning dependance of the nature of civil-legal agreement on its subject. The author comes to the distinct conclusion that there should be differentiated quasi-individual things in the system of classifying thing on their origin features. These are such things with origin features which can acquire characteristics of individually determined things after they are alienated. The research of both theoretic and practical issues are emphasised.
