TIME IN EDUCATION
Journal Title: Educational Psychology - Year 2014, Vol 47, Issue 5
Abstract
Education is a process, that is it continues over time. Time gets involved in this process in different ways: not only as a dimension that defines the duration and continuity of education but also as a characteristic that defines an individual - the educator in this case. The article deliberates on the role of time as an important variable to describe and understand the mechanisms of educational influence and as a factor that is characteristic of the educator and thus determines, among others, his or her commitment to this process.
