TO THE PROBLEM OF CLASSIFICATION OF MEASURES FOR THE PROMOTION OF CONVICTS

Abstract
This article is dedicated to analyze specific articles of criminally-executive code of Ukraine that contain promotion measurements, which are used to persons that are convicted to criminal punishment. Moreover, specific rules of criminally-executive legislation, that are not considered as promotion measurements, however have promotional character.
