UNITY OF PERSONALITY IN ORTHODOX STATE AND MODERN EUROPE

Abstract
The article analyzes in detail the problem of unity of personality in the Orthodox state and modern Europe. The author notes that the lifestyle of European society arose from the medieval dualism of the state and society. It is emphasized that in order to understand what exactly human rights are the subject of Church concern, it is necessary at least to briefly trace their occurrence, formation, and development in the historical aspect. Human rights were formed in the process of long-term inter-communication of people, the emergence of ties and stable forms of relations. It is proved that one of the leading roles in the formation of personality unity in European countries is teaching in one form or another the course of Christian and religious ethics.
