Abstract

The article deals with theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the accounting of finished products. The views of economists concerning the formation of the concepts of «finished products» are especially analyzed, and the definition is specified. The technological and organizational features of the meat processing enterprises activity were also established, and their influence on the organization of accounting of the finished meat and sausage products was determined.
