VALUE PRACTICES IN THE LIFE OF STUDENTS OF THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT

Abstract
Introduction. The paper studies the problem of organization of qualitative internship for tourism students. Work experience internship for future specialists in a field of tourism is an important part of the tourism education. Practical activity shows students the real-world context of the functioning of tourist companies, allows them to master professional skills and develop management and organizational competencies. Methods. Information prognosis, long-length plan formulation for general changes to the object. Results. The education of future professionals possessing the critical thinking ability, capacity to analyze social and professional problems and to search the ways of solving these problems. Discussion. High-quality vocational education along with the work experience internship is essential for a general understanding of the tourism industry structure, providing the opportunity to rethink their options and understand exactly how to achieve success in this business. Professional training helps to substantiate the creation and planning of tourism companies in various fields, to arrange package and individual tours, to choose the optimum routes, to analyze the contractual basis of the agreements of cooperation between domestic companies and foreign counterparties.
