VICTIM AS A SUBJECT OF PROOF IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS: PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF CONTESTABILITY

Abstract
In the article revealed the problem issues of implementation of the principles of contestability in the course of victims of proof in criminal proceedings. Attention is drawn the absence of the proper mechanisms of implementation the right victim as a subject of proof in criminal proceedings.
