ВПЛИВ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ НА УКРАЇНСЬКУ ТУРИСТИЧНУ ІНДУСТРІЮ

Abstract
А.А. Romanova. S.I. Sysoieva. The impact of globalization on the Ukrainian tourism industry. The main consequences of the processes of globalization in the world and directly in Ukraine have been studied in the article. The advantages and disadvantages of globalization processes have been presented. The objective of this article was to study the state, pros and cons of globalization in general and its impact on the tourism industry in Ukraine. The globalization factors that will affect the tourism sector have been named: gradual withdrawal from the global economic crisis, the growth of purchasing power, which has led to the possibility of travel; change of behavioral stereotypes, popularization of the culture of travel among a wide range of consumers; reducing the cost of tourism services due to oil and energy prices fall; liberalization of visa regimes between many countries; the development of information technology, which has led to an increase in the number of online-booking of the tours; development of block technologies, which allows creating conditions for a genuine free and competitive distributor tourism market; realization of geopolitical and transboundary humanitarian projects; global infrastructure projects; the development of transnational corporations, which leads to labor migration; currency unification; the «economy of impressions» prevalence. The features of the tourism industry in a globalized society have been analyzed. The globalization processes in the tourism industry of Ukraine have been researched and the conclusions and recommendations on how to develop the domestic tourism industry under the conditions of globalization have been presented. Key words: globalization, international tourism, tourism industry, visa liberalization.
