APPLICATION OF TECHNICAL MEANS BY ATTORNEY IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article is dedicated to application of technical means of processual actions fixation by an attorney-at-law while taking part in criminal proceeding. There are legal basis and probable framework of application of technical means by attorney-at-law are being analyzed in article. There are conditions under examination due to which there is a prohibition for attorney-at-law to implement such means.
