Abstract
The article deals with the doctrinal study of the legislation of other states that regulates public relations in the area of administrative responsibility for the illegal opening or use of foreign currency accounts outside the country is timely and relevant in the context of the continuation of our country’s course on European integration. An analysis of the legislation of foreign countries in the area of administrative responsibility for the illegal opening or use of foreign currency accounts outside the country is expedient to carry out in order to develop conceptual and system proposals for improving the current administrative and tort law in accordance with the best legislative and enforcement practice of democratically developed foreign countries
