FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF PUBLIC SERVICE PROVISION

Abstract
The foreign experience of regulation of administrative procedures for public service provision has been analyzed. Features of the European legislation are adapted to national traditions. The national model of the system for administrative service provision is defined as a two-level system of regional and district CAS of a region, integrated at the national level. The conditions for Ukraine to enter the European Digital Single Market are substantiated. Practical recommendations are given as to introducing the best innovative technologies into the practice of providing administrative services in Ukraine.
