Forming of professional image of future specialist in informational technologies: practical aspect

Abstract
This article is devoted to practical aspect of forming of professional image of future specialist in informational technologies (IT specialist). For forming of professional image of future specialist it is necessary to use practically oriented approach. The special attention in preparing of IT specialists has to be directed on qualitative independent out-of-school activity of the student and wide use of innovational technologies in class during studying. It is revealed that forming of professional image of future specialist made students to active self-analysis, self-development. Modern analysis of preparing of future IT specialist and researches shows that forming of professional image needs understanding and learning of basic techniques of image making by students. It is proved that acquaintance with modern theoretical researches in the field of image making leads to forming of particular knowledge about professional image of personality of future specialist as subject of organization and also definition on the practice expected features and characteristics for positive image. As a result of researches by the author there is a complex of training in social and psychological department at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics there is a scientific study group “Problems of modern psychology” where students prepares discussions, presentations, business role games “Career of IT specialist” These forms stimulating future specialists to self-forming of positive professional image and designing of professional career. It is revealed that practical meaning of knowledge in questions of self-image, their use on practice are actual if students will be motivated to use knowledge in practice. For this purpose, measures were developed to simulate real activity in specially created context-reflexive problem situation. Participation in the work of scientific student group “Problems of modern psychology”, complex of trainings in social and psychological department allowed students to make their own objective self-assessment as a person and future professional, to identify further steps in the implementation of the project of forming their own image in the future profession.
