Methodical Support of Organization and Holding of Festivals of 3on-Formal Education of Adults

Abstract
The article on the basis of generalization of practical experience of organization and holding of festivals of non-formal adult education carried out an analysis of their methodological support, for example, festivals for personal and professional development of adults. The common features are revealed methodological support in two main directions – preparation and organization of the event, and characteristics of the organization and implementation of adult learning within it. Features of methodological support for the preparation and organization of the festivals are: compliance with the structure of the organization and such activities which has a preparatory, basic and final stages; the subjects of the festivals of non-formal education are the organizers, partners, volunteers, adult educators, participants; methodological support at all stages aimed at fulfilling the drive mission, goals, activities, and special tasks in accordance to the content and stages; provided content and technical support activities, production of information and promotional printing products and so on. The article presents the results of the analysis, and prioritized the special methodical maintenance of educational activity of subjects of such activities: analysis, synthesis, and meaningful compliance with the priority topics, applied methods, means, forms of organization of educational activities, directions of development of modern key competences of adults and etc.
