NORMALIZATION OF FRENCH NATIONAL-WRITTEN LITERARY LANGUAGE DURING XVII-XVIII CENTURIES

Abstract
The present article is devoted to the period of the French language. Particular attention is paid to new French period, as at this time the rules of French literary norm are underlined. An analysis is made of trends of language norm in phonetics, grammar and vocabulary. The features of literary language of the 18th century are characterized too. A parallel with the features of written language of 16 and 17 centuries is drawn.
