OCCUPATIONAL GUIDANCE FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS OF THE TEACHER AS A MECHANISM OF FORMING A CONFIDENTIAL PROFESSION SELECTION

Abstract
The legislative support of occupational guidance for prospective students with school leavers of Ukrainian schools is researched. The scientificpedagogical researches of occupational guidance for prospective students, psychological and pedagogical bases of professional self-determination of students to professional activity in the system of general secondary education are considered. The results of the survey among the school leavers of general secondary education institutions in the town of Chernihiv are revealed. The main factors influencing for choosing of profession by an entrant are analyzed. It has been established that occupational guidance for prospective students with school leavers should contain several important stages: vocationalinformative, vocational-diagnostic, vocationalcounseling and vocational testing.
