PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF FUTURE MANAGERS

Abstract
The topicality of the article is explained by the fact that the study of pedagogical conditions of formation of future specialists’ professional qualities is one of the main conditions under which effective professional education in HED takes place. The article analyzes modern definitions of the notion of pedagogical conditions, substantiates the importance of creating pedagogical conditions for effective educational process. The article outlines the main preconditions for the cultivation of responsibility and pedagogical conditions of formation of future managers’ professional responsibility. The problems of further research include specification of the concept of “pedagogical conditions of formation of professional responsibility”, taking into account the experience of foreign scholars.
