PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT OF VOICE EMISSION IN CANDIDATES FOR EARLY SCHOOL AND PRESCHOOL TEACHERS. REPORT ON THE STUDY

Abstract

The following study justifies the thesis which states that the issue of posed spoken voice is closely linked to the well-developed organ of voice and hearing, the state of psycho-physical and harmonized functioning of breathing support, phonation characterized by the synergistic work of the laryngeal and respiratory system, articulatory apparatus and resonant space. Furthermore, it also presents the results of the research on the spoken voice emission conducted among the candidates for teachers of early school and preschool education with the use of the preliminary interview, test of subjective assessment of voice emission applying an observation form during and after voice emission exercise and the results of the final interview. The author highlights that deficiencies in the correct voice emission in trainee teachers can become one of the determinants of their future careers.<br/><br/>
