Principles of organization and activity of the legal profession and their influence on the organizational forms of advocacy in the conditions of reforming the legal profession of Ukraine: problem statement

Abstract
As a result of the study, proposals were made to improve the law on the bar. To summarize, we believe that a proper understanding of numerous principles of the organization and functioning of the advocacy is impossible without proper study of the organizational forms of legal profession, and vice versa - the proper construction of organizational forms of legal profession is impossible without taking into account the relevant legal relations, where it is relevant, the content characteristics of individual principles lawyers.
