PROBLEMATIC ISSUES THE APPLICATION OF A PREVENTIV MEASURE IN THE FORM OF A JUVENILE SEND UNDER SUPERVISION

Abstract
The article explores the problematic questions of applying a preventive measure to an underage in the form of transfer under supervision. As a result of the study, it was proposed to make changes to the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code to expand the circle of persons who can be brought to an underage suspect under supervision, as well as about the provision of educational influence and control over the child.
