REGARDING THE DEFINITION OF “TEACHING ACTIVITY” IN THE CONTEXT OF ANTI-CORRUPTION LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the substantive and formal traits of teaching in the context of anti-corruption legislation. Asserts the inadmissibility of equating the teaching activity with the pedagogical activity, relatively more essential content of the first one. Substantiates the authors’ opinion regarding the influence on the qualification of activities as the teaching of a number of factors: the education of the person, the forms of implementation of the educational activities, the presence of legal connection with the educational institution, registration of labor contract.
