Sobre a dupla dimensão do significado

Abstract
O presente estudo propõe abordar o significado como fenômeno lingüístico constituído por, no mínimo, duas dimensões complementares e interdependentes: de um lado, articula-se na relação entre linguagem e realidade – referência - e, de outro, nas expressões lingüísticas em que esta mesma relação se estabelece – sentido. Ao mesmo tempo, propõe que a descrição do significado se dê na interface semântica/pragmática.
