The use of the business game in the process of the formation of the creative personality of future social workers

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the use of the business game method in the process of professional training of future social workers. It is noted that the problem of using the game in the system of social and pedagogical work is widely represented in terms of pedagogy in general studies. At the same time, it is noted that there is a shortage of domestic research devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and to the improvement of the practice of using the business game as an active method of training future social workers. The specifics of the game activity in the system of social and pedagogical work, which consists in the direction of preventive, preventive orientation of the game as a method of organizing the content training of future specialists, is determined. The purpose of such games can be both direct development of personality traits, as well as demonstration of creative development perspectives. Playing certain situations, involving the participants in the game to the situation of choice, is a real way of developing a creative person, namely, such qualities as creative interest, curiosity, desire to know oneself, self-confidence, creative optimism, etc. The presence of these indicators is a characteristic feature of creative activity. As a result of the study, analysis of active learning methods, namely, business games, is often used in the preparation of social workers in various European countries. It is proved that such methods provide simulation of professional situations, the formation of skills and problems of solving problems, develop creative thinking and contribute to the formation of the components of the control panel of future social workers. During the study, it was found that the use of business games in the process of forming the creative personality of future social workers makes it possible to involve the student in a scientific model of the theory of professional activity, which transforms it into an educational simulation model. The student enters the world of a learning game, as in life: begins to act, knowing the invisible line between reality and convention, learns the best models of professional action, produces more effective ways of professional activity, which helps him in finding its meaning and the formation of professional competence.
