Abstract

The article characterizes the difference in updating the content of professional education in accordance with a knowledgeable and competent approach. In particular, in accordance with the competence approach, in addition to the developed content and methodological support of professional training, it is necessary to reconcile professional and educational standards so that the identified competencies are at the same time components of the learning process (separate competence or group of competencies - a separate module), learning outcomes and professional function. In article there is being presented author’s algorithm for transferring the needs of the practice of implementing innovations in the management of educational institutions to the content of the professional training of future heads of educational institutions in the conditions of the master’s degree in the specialty “Specific categories. Management of an educational institution”.
