VERTICAL INTEGRATION AS ONE THE DIRECTIONS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ALCOHOL INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical approaches to the definition of vertical integration, types of vertical integration. Determined motives and advantages of vertical integration for enterprises of alcohol industry. The concept of "transaction costs" is defined and methods of reducing the cost of production of the final product for enterprises alcohol industry are defined. It is grounded the necessity of the process of reorganization of the alcohol industry from a complete state monopoly to vertically integrated joint-stock holding. It is determined that the implementation of the principles of vertical integration would increase the share of industrial markets by increasing competitiveness, reducing the cost of ethyl alcohol, reducing the production costs of the final product innovation capabilities, the possibility of further restructuring processes of involving international investments.
