ВІД СПРЯМОВАНОЇ НА ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНІСТЬ ДО ОСОБИСТІСНО-ОРІЄНТОВАНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ – РЕСУРС ЯКІСНОГО ОНОВЛЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ СПОРТИВНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ

Abstract
The article is devoted to improving the system of long-term training ofathletes in sports. After all, there is a need to assess the effectiveness of the direction of the system, even qualitatively built, like football in Germany, but focused solely on taking into account the individual qualities of an athlete. The hypothesis lies in the scientific prediction of the possibility of significantly improving the quality of multi-year sports training by contributing to the formation of an athlete as a sports subject. Objective: to determine the general direction of the long-term process of sports training, using the potential of an athlete, mainly as a person capable of managing their own development. Material and methods. The methods of theoretical research were used: the study of literature and materials from the Internet, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, idealization and generalization. Results. The article proved that since the end of the 1990s, the theory of sports has been a widespread erroneous understanding that in the course of many years of preparation, relations in the trainer-athlete system are only subject-objective in nature. This means that success and failure in competitions depend almost exclusively on the coach. In fact, this is not true, because the athlete himself during the acquisition of skill, acts as a subject who increasingly determines the result of the competition. The article is devoted to the justification of improving the quality of the system of training athletes in the direction of ensuring their personal development. The macro-pedagogical approach to the reform of sports in Ukraine and the socio-psychological mechanism of its implementation were used. The possibility of a significant improvement in the quality of many years of sports training in sports through the promotion of the development of sports activities of the athlete’s face has been outlined. The general orientation of the long-term process of sports training is determined using personal potential to manage the development of the athlete’s personality.
