Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and determine the financing Murabahah, Mudarabah, Musyarakah and profitability.The populationinbank financing syariah people's Special Region of Yogyakarta registered the Financial Services Authority in the period 2013-2015. The study sample consisted of 3 bank syariah financing people PT. BPRS Dana Hidayatullah, PT Barokah Dana Sejahtera and PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera.The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study tested bystatistical test, classic assumption test, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis was used to determine whether the financing Murabahah, Mudarabahand Musyarakaheffect on profitability either partially or simultaneously.Murabahah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah financing simultaneously have a positive effect on ROE profitability, p-value is 0.001. The p-value is less than the specified level of significance of 5%, In Murabahah financing t test partially have positive effect to ROE known that p-value <α (0,001 <0,05) meaning significant. Mudharabah financing is known that p-value> α (0.403> 0,05), which means no significant effect on ROE. Musyarakah financing is known that the value of p-value> α (0.422> 0.05) which means no significant effect on ROE. Murabahah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah financing to ROE level of 32.4%.

Abstract

The Study was aimed to describe the influence (1) the influence of quality of work life on the performance of employees CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (2) the influence of quality of work life on to job satisfaction CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (3) the influence of quality of work life to organizational commitment CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (4) the influence of organizational commitment to the performance of employees CV. Offset Solutions Yogyakarta, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Offset Solution Yogyakarta.The type of research is exsplanatory research. Its populationwere50 employees CV. Offset Solution Yogyakarta. Number of samples were 50 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linearregressionanalysis.The result of the research shows that (1) the quality of working life does not affect the organizational commitment, (2) the quality of work life affect the job satisfaction, (3) the quality of working life has no effect on employee performance, (4) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction affect on employee performance. The results of the study were determined by significance level α = 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image on consumer satisfaction, impact of service quality to customer satisfaction, and the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction, and the influence of brandimage, service quality, and customer value on customer satisfaction together on customer satisfaction in distro RSCH Yogyakarta.The population in this study is that consumers distro RSCH in Yogyakarta examined by the authors include Brand (X1), Quality of Service (X2), Customer Value (X3) and the Consumer Satisfaction Y). The research sample was 100 consumers. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis were supported by F test and T test and also test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test.The results of the study with rank of significance of 5% or 0.05 indicates that brand image significantly influence consumer satisfaction (0.023 <0.05), quality of service significantly influence consumer satisfaction (0.000 <0.05), and the value of the customer does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction (0593 <0.05). But simultaneously variable brand image, service quality, and customervalue together influential on consumer satisfaction on the distributions RSCH Yogyakarta (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Research was conducted on Credit Unions Rukun Iku Agawe Santoso which aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, work discipline, motivation and incentives on employee performance. This research was conducted on the employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Rukun Iku Agawe Santoso P1 Mardiharjo with members of the sample of 80 respondents, the sampling technique used saruration sampling methods and research instruments were a questionnaire with Likert scale 1-5. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption. Hypothesis testing using t partially shows that the independent variable is the discipline of work to significantly affect the dependent variable employee performance. As for the variables of leadership style, work environment, motivation and incentives do not affect the performance of employees. Figures Adjusted R Square .204, showed that 20.4% of employee performance variation can be explained by five independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 79.6% is explained by other variables outside variables used in this study.

Abstract

The purpose this experiment is to describe (1) the effect of price on consumer purchase decisions on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of service quality to consumer purchase decisions on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta, (3) influence on purchase decisions on the location of the consumer JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta.The population in this study is that consumers on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta. The number of consumers that are used in this study sebanayak 120 people. Methods of data collection was done by using kuesioer media, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis were supported bythe coefficient of determination and t test. And also test the classical assumption of normality test, test and test heteroskedastisitas multicoloniarity.The results showed that (1) the price positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions JNE services Jl. Abstract

he purpose of this study is to analyze (1) the influence of authoritarian leadership style on job performance, (2) the influence of discipline on work performance, (3) the influence of work environment on work performance, and (4) the influence of the three variables together on the performance employees of PT. Septian Sukses Slalu Purworejo.The sample in the study was 47 people. By using sampling technique, data analyze using multiple regression supported by F testand T test and classical assumption test consist of normality test, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. The result of this study indicate that multiple linear regression equation is Y = 34.673 + 0.095X1 + 0.073 X2 + 0.172 X3. With significant rate 5%. Demonstrates that authoritarian leadership style 0,005 < 0,05 influences work performance. Discipline 0,025< 0,05 which means discipline affect the work performance. Work environment 0,000 < 0,05 which means work environment affect on job performance. Simultaneously, the three variables affect the employee performance of PT. Septian Sukses Slalu Purworejo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the development of career influence on employee job satisfaction in CV. Rumah Warna Yogyakarta, work motivation as intervening variable has an effect on career development towards job satisfaction in CV. Rumah Warna Yogyakarta.This type of research is quantitative research. The population is 85 employees CV. Rumah Warna Yogyakarta. The samples counted 85 respondents and used the saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that career development has an effect on employee job satisfaction in CV. Rumah Warna Yogyakarta β 0.621, work motivation as intervening variable affect career development towards job satisfaction in CV. Rumah Warna Yogyakarta β 0.651.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth to regional expenditure in the period 2012-2015. The population in this study was all of the district of province in East java of the year 2012-2015. The research samples was determined by using jenuh sampling technique which means the total of population is the sample, numbered 38 diatricts.The data that used in this study was obtained from secondary source. That was from https://jatim.bps.go.id. And the central cervice of statistic in the form of annual financial statements in the period 2011-2015. The This study used multiple linear regression method as an analysis technique.The regression test results showed that locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth simultaneously have a significant positive effect on regional expenditure. Partially, locally generated revenue has a significantpositive effect on regional expenditure. General allocation funds has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure, specialallocation funds has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure and economic growth has no significant positive effect to regional expenditure on of the district of province in East java in the year 2012-2015. The influence of independent variables can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was amounting to 0.903, which means locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth give positive influence on the regional expenditure up to 90.3%, while 9.7% influenced by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This research purpose is for testing effects from qualityof human resources,individual performance, and utillization technology of informationin simultaneous nor partial toward relevance government financial report to Yogyakarta government. Population from this research is employee/staff that do fungtion of accountancy at Yogyakarta mayor office.sample of this research determined with using purposive sampling technique with criteria that we have, with the result 50 questionnaire which is fulfill the condition as a sample.Kind of data that we use is primary data. From the questionnaire that spread 8 (eight) SKPD are social agency, coperation agency, midle micro labor,employeed teritory agency, BAPPEDA, cultural agency, tourism agency, and secretariat DPRD central, and all of them fill with complete. Analysis technique data that used is using regression double linier method.Result regression test, indicatin if the quality of human resource, individual performance, and utillization technology of information in simultaneous has influential significantly positive into the relevance government financial report. In partial, the quality of human resource, and individual performance, not influential significantly toward relevance of government financial report and utillization technology of information influent signifanctly positive toward relevance financial report. the influence of independent variable looked by coefficient determination value (R2) is 0,384, that had meaning the quality of human resource individual performance, and utillization technology of information, give positive effect toward relevance of government financial report as much 38,5% while the 61,6% influence by another variable beside this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the number of new tourist attractions, Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax on Local Revenue Gunungkidul Regency. Population in this research is Report of the Number of new tourist attractions Data, Details of Hotel Tax Report, Restaurant Tax, and Local Original Revenue 2012-2016 period Gunungkidul Regency. period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data in this research will be tested using statistical test, classic assumption test, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of the number of new tourist attractions, hotel taxes and restaurant tax simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on local revenue With F count > F table that is equal to 139,205 > 2,77 with a significance equal to 0,000 < 0,05. In T test the influence of the Number of new tourist attractions partially has no effect and not significant to the original revenue area, with t count < t table of 1,264 < 2,003 with a significance value of 0.211> 0.05. While the influence of hotel tax partially has no effect and not significant to the original revenue area, with t count < t table equal to -0.281 < 2.003 with a significance value of 0.780 > 0.05. While the influence of restaurant tax partially have a positive and significant effect on the local revenue, with t count > t table of 10.067 > 2,003 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. While the influence of restaurant tax partially have a positive and significant effect on the local revenue, with t count > t table of 10.067 > 2,003 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research is to examine theinfluence of the understanding of local financial accounting system, capacity of human resource and the utility of information tecnology toward the quality of financial report information of yogyakarta government.The used data for the research is primer data. It is the result from questionnaires spreading. The respondence of this research is manager of financial report of yogyakarta local government. The questionnair is spread to 90 respondents, meanwhile that can be proccesd are 63 questionnaires. Themethod od sample taking is using purposive sampling. Analytic technique of data in this research is using double linier regretion technique.The result of regretion test shows that the local government financial accounting system understanding and the capacity od human resource are not influenced significantly to the quality of local government financial report information, meanwhile the utility of technology is influenced positively to the quality of local government financial report information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of obedient parking taxpayers, the amount of parking space, and the amount of tax revenue parking to the original revenue area Yogyakarta city. The nature of this research is quantitative research. Sources of data used are secondary data obtained from the BPKAD of Yogyakarta. The population in this study is the number of taxpayers, the amount of parking space, parking realization tax report and realization reports original revenue area of Yogyakarta. The sample used is the number of obedient parking taxpayers, the number of registered parking lots, the report of the realization of parking tax, and the realization of original revenue area of Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic 10.072 greater than the value of F table 2.90 with significance 0.00 <0.05. This indicates that the the number of obedient parking taxpayers (X1), the amount of parking space (X2), and the amount of parking tax (X3) influence simultaneously to the original revenue area of Yogyakarta. Partially parking tax (X3) have a significant positive effect on original revenue area of Yogyakarta city. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.014 <0.05 and the value of t arithmetic 2.611> t table 1.694. Although the value of t arithmetic 1.977> t table 1.694 but the number of obedient parking taxpayers (X1) does not affect the original revenue area of Yogyakarta. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.057> 0.05. The amount of parking space (X2) does not affect the PAD of Yogyakarta city. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.221> 0.05 with t arithmetic 1,249 <1.694.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out whether one’s income, awareness, and understanding as a tax payer influence his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, to find out whether the income of a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, to find out whether the awareness of a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, and (d) to find out whether one’s understanding as a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village. The sample of this research was taken by employing non-probability method using purposive sample technique. The non-probability method is the technique of taking research sample that does not give the same chance/opportunity to each element or population member to be selected as the sample (Sugiyono, 2008). The hypothesis in this research was tested using a linier regression analysis. It was used to test the influence of the dependent variable (Y) and independent variables (X). This research employed the equation of double regression: Y = α +β1X1 + β2X2+β3X3. Y = 1,354 +0,034X1 + 0,282X2+0,376X3.Based on the data analysis, it is concluded there is a negative influence of the tax payer’s income variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes, there is a positive influence of the tax payer’s awareness variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes, and there is a positive influence of one’s understanding as a tax payer variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes.

Abstract

This research has a purpose: (1) To analyze the influence of service quality variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (2) To analyze the influence of facilities completeness variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (3) To analyze the influence of competence of human resources variable to consumer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (4) To analyze the influence of service quality variable, facilities completeness variable, and competence of human resources variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. Variables in this research are the service quality, facilities completeness, competence of human resources, and customer satisfaction. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with 5% significance level. The results of hypothesis testing: (1) Service quality not influence on customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (2) Facilities completeness influence on customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (3) Competence of human resources influence on consumer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (4) Service quality, facilities completeness, and competence of human resources influence on customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta.
