Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of tax amnesty variable to the variable of willingness to pay the tax, (2) the influence of tax sanction variable to the variable of taxpayer willingness, (3) the influence of the taxi waiter variable variable to taxpayer willingness variable, (4) from the variable tax amnesty, tax sanction, and the quality of tax service to the variable of willingness to pay taxes together.This research belongs to research type exspos facto. The population is an individual taxpayer who is in the area of Yogyakarta as well as used as a sample of research. Data collection methods used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis supported by F (F -Test) and T (T-Test) test and classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test, heterokedasticity test.The results showed that the linear multiple regression equation for four predictors is Y = 2.917 + 0.366X1+ 0.212X2+ 0.208X3That is, tax amnesty (x1), tax penalty (X2), and fiscal service quality (X3) tax. The magnitude of influence seen from the coefficient of determination (R2). The value of coefficient of determination (R2) through regression analysis of 0.459. The result of coefficient of determination showed that tax amnesty, tax sanction, and service quality of fiskus give positive influence to the willingness of paying tax equal to 45,9% and the rest equal to 54,1% influenced by other factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is (1) the effect of stock split event on stock return before, during and after and (2) trading volume of stock before, during and after on company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017.In this research classified type of quantitative research. The population is all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The sample of research is 2 companies in different sectors: (1) PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk (INAI),(2) PT. Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk (ESSA). Data collection method using documentation method, while technique of data analysis using different test that is T test (T-test).The result of the research shows that stock return test in the period before with after Stock Split event is known that sig. 0,179 which means not proven, stock return in the period before with the time of Stock Split event known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and stock returns in the current period with after Stock Split event known sig. 0,000 which means proven. From the test results of trading volume of shares in the period before with after the event of Stock Split known that sig. 0,009 which means proven. In the period before the time of Stock Spli event is known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and in the period when after the Stock Split event is known that sig. 0,007 means proven.

Abstract

The need for women to look as beautiful as she wants creates a huge market potential in the cosmetics industry. So wardah is present to answer the dream of all women, of all skin types and skin color. Wardah has the tagline "Inspiring Beauty", wardah cosmetics proved able to provide inspiration for all Indonesian women to look beautiful and attractive with a natural makeup.This study aimed to analyze the ads against buying interest, Celebrity Endorser of buying interest, Brand Image of Interest. The population in this study is the prospective buyer of cosmetic cakes products studied by the authors include Advertising (I), Celebrity Endorser (CE), Citara Brand (CM) and Buy Interest. The sample was 100 people, data collection method using multiple regression analysis supported by T test, classical assumption test consist of multikolinsritsd test, hetrokilinearity test and normaliotas test.Result of research with tingakat 5% or 0,05 show Ads influence to buying interest 0.000 less than0.05 celebrity endorser no effect to buying interest 0,350> 0,05, brand image have effect to buying interest0.000 <0,05

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) Influence Inflation on Return On Equity on property and real estate companies listed on the BEI 2013-2016. (2) The Effect of Exchange Rates on Return On Equity on the property and real estate companies listed on the BEI 2013-2016. (3) Inflation Influence on Stock Return on BEI 2013-2016 (4) Effect of Exchange Rates on Stock Return on property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016. (5) Influence of Return On Equity to Stock Return on property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016 (6) Inflation Influence on Stock Return through Return on Equity in property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016. (7) ROE is unable to mediate the effect of exchange rate on stock returns.The sample of this research is 10 companies selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression for. Variables that are independent of Return On Equity.The results showed (1) Inflation did not affect the Return On Equity (2) Exchange Rate does not affect Return On Equity (3) Significantly negative Inflation on Stock Return.(4) Significantly negative exchange rate of Return on Stock (5) Return On Equity does not affect to. (6) ROE able to mediate Inflation's effect on Stock Return. (7) ROE is unable to mediate influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of product attributes, celebrity endorser and word of mouth of product purchase decisions wardah cosmetics. the population is students S1 faculty of Economics university sarjanawiyata tamansiswa Yogyakarta who bought wardah cosmetic products less than 3 months. the study sample used 100 students. technique analysis using multiple analysis techniques which is supported by the t test, F test and coefficient of determination test with the help of the SPSS for windows 18.0 program. Result of research indicate that product attribute have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. celebrity endorser have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. word of mouth positively and significantly affect the purchase decision. product attribute, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth together simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the purchase decision.

Abstract

The aim of this research partially was to determine: the effect product price, promotion, place, people, and process, and physical evidence variables to revisit intention in Parangtritis Beach.This research was classified as quantitative descriptive research, where the research instrument was questionnaire. The population in this research was all of the domestic tourists in Parangtritis Beach. Sample of this research were 100 respondent used nonprobability sampling method. Correlation person was used to validity testing tool, Alpha Crobach was used to realibitity , and multiple regression analysis was to hypotesis test.The research found that: (1) product, location, physical evident variable positively influence to revisit intention. price, promotion, people, process does not variable positively influence to revisit intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Outcome Quality, Interaction Quality, Peer-To-Peer Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Statisfaction at Naavagreen Beauty Center.Its population is Naavagreen yogyakarta customer who do maintenance less than 3 month. The sample used 100 students. Analytical techniques using multiple analysis techniques supported by t test and Coefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS program for windows 16.0.The results showed that Outcome Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisfaction. Interaction Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisaction. Peer-To-Peer Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisfaction. Customer Statisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Outcome Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Interaction Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Peer-To-Peer Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the positive effect of information technology marketing on competitive advantage at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive influence of Learning Orientation on competitive advantage at Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive impact of hotel performance on competitive advantage at Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive effect of information technology marketing on the performance of Hotel at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive influence of Learning Orientation on Hotel performance at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta.Variables of this research is the use of information technology, learning orientation, hotel performance and competitive advantage. The population in this research is all employees of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The population number is 84, so all the populations are sampled by census method. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with 5% significance level.The results showed the use of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The orientation of learning has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. Hotel performance has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The use of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The orientation of learning has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. The hotel's performance is able to mediate the effect of using information technology on competitive advantage. Hotel performance is able to mediate the influence of learning orientation on competitive advantage. The hotel's performance is able to positivelyreinforce the relationship between the use of information technology to competitive advantage. The hotel's performance is able to positively reinforce the relationship between learning orientation towards competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (2) the influence of personality on organizational commitment; (3) the influence of organizational commitment to OCB; (4) The effect of job satisfaction on OCB; (5) the influence of personality on OCB; (6) the effect of job satisfaction and personality on OCB with organizational commitment as intervening variable.This research is kind of quantitative research, population in this research is 30 employees of PT Bess Finance in Sleman District, the sample used is as many as 30 employees with Sampling using census technique. Data were collected by questionnaire method, data analysis technique used was multiple regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test (Path Analyze) and classical assumption test with SPSS 18.0 for windows application.The result of the analysis showed that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect of 0.000 < 0,05, the personality had no effect on organizational commitment with significance > 0,05, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB with significance > 0,05, work fraction influenced OCB with significance 0,000 < 0,05, personality influence to OCB with significance 0,002 <0,05, job satisfaction and personality have no positive and significant effect to OCB with organizational commitment as intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aimsto determine the effect ofquality of servicead product innovationoncompetitive advantageandinterest referenced of Bank OCBC NISP Brach Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta Costumers.The research was conducted quantitatively by survey method using questionnaire.The sample of this research is the customer who happened to be encountered in PT Bank OCBC NISP Branch Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta as many as 100 people who have Saving Product Tanda360o Plus and at least 6 months have become customerswhohaveSaving Product Tanda 360o Plus. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis showedthat service quality variable hada significant and positive influence on competitive advantage. Product Innovation Variable hada significant and positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Service Quality Variables hada significant and positive influence on Referring Interest.Product Innovation Variables hada significant and positive effect on Referring Interest. Variable of Competitive Advantage hada significant and positive influence on Referring Interest. The quality of service, product innovation and competitive advantage had acontributed 70.1%in influencing the interest of referring customers of Bank OCBC NISP.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure is to know how the coperasion between the company’s financial performance with using Return On Asset , and Economic Value Added. This type of research use in this research is descriptive. The population in this research was company’s in Indonesia listed in the biggest company’s in the world version of Forbes magazine 2016. The sample used in form of data PT. BRI,Tbk, PT BNI,Tbk , PT Mandiri,Tbk , PT BCA,Tbk period 2014-2016. Based on the results of the research explained that the comparison result between,ROA and EVA showed that the companies have to apply the EVA as a means in measuring the company’s performance.. EVA was considered better because it takes equity cost into account while ROA dosen’t.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational culture on the secretariat staff of DPRD DIY, to know the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the secretariat staff of DPRD DIY, to know the influence of transformational leadership style to job satisfaction at the secretariat staff of DPRD DIY, style of transformational leadership, to job satisfaction through organizational culture as intervening variable on the secretariat staff of DPRD DIY.This research uses accidental method, and the population is all secretary of Yogyakarta Regency parliament (DPRD) secretary which is 65 employees, and samplel 55 employees. Methods of data collection by using questionnaires, while the technique of data analysis using pathanalysis.The result of the research shows that (1) transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational culture α = 0,05 (p = 0,000) (2) organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction α = 0,05 (p = 0,000) 3) transformational leadership have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction α = 0,05 (p = 0,000) (4) transformational leadership have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction through organizational culture as intervening α = 0,05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment variables on job satisfaction, the influenceof emotional intelligence variables on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture variables on job satisfaction, the effect of work motivation variables on job satisfaction the influence of work environment variables, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction, work environment, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence job satisfaction.The population of leather craftsmen in the leather industry center in Manding Yogyakarta with 155, the samples taken using Slovin formula were 31 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data was collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression.The work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.043 <0.05, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.008 <0.05, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.040 <0.05 , Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.025 <0.05. Variables of work environment, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a value of F 22,732 with a significant 0,000 because the significance value is <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, motivation on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, and democratic leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work environment on.This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples in the study was 55 employees at the BasaBasi Cafe in Yogyakarta. The sample from the study were all permanent employees totaling 55 people. The method of data collection with a questionnaire with an analysis tool using multiple regression. The Democratic Leadership Style has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction with a significant value p <0.05. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction with a significant value p <0.05. Motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant value p <0.05. The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant value p <0.05. Variables of democratic leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work environment simultaneously influence job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of fcount of 34.683 with a probability of 0.000 where the number is significant because (p <0.05).
