Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of perceived price (PH) on purchasing decisions (KB), design (D) on purchasing decisions (KB), product quality (KP) influence on purchasing decisions (KB). and brand image (CM) influence on purchase decision (KB).The population is a student of the Faculty of Economics of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University who is using and using Samsung Smartphone and the sample for this research is needed 100 people. Data completion method was done by using questionnaire, while data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis supported by multicolonierity test, heterokedasitas test, andnormality test.The results showed multiple linear regression equations for perceived price(PH), design (D), product quality (KP), and brand image (CM) influence on purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously or partially to the stock price of chemical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2016.The nature of this study is correlational research. The population is a subsector of chemical companies listed on the stock exchange indonesia 2010-2016. Samples of research as many as 5 companies of chemical subsector obtained by sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Data collecting technique using documentation method, while data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test that is normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test.The results showed that partially DER variable had negative and insignificant effect, NPM variable had significant negative effect, and EPS variable had positive significant effect. Simultaneously variable DER, NPM, and EPS have an effect on signifikan to stock price. DER, NPM, and EPS variables can explain the stock price variables in chemical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2016 at 38.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Enagement terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Effort terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ethical Behaviors terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory).Variabel penelitian ini adalah Job Stress, Job Enagement, Effort, Ethica Behaviore dan Sales Performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang melakukan penjualan produk PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga di Kota Yogyakarta, jumlah sampel penelitian ini 100 responden, dengan mengunakan Formula Slovig. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Analysis Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Job Stress terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Job Engagement terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Effort terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Ethica Behaviore terhadap Sales Performance. Sales Performance dipengaruhi job stress, job engagement, effort, dam ethical behaviors sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction; (2) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction; (3) the influence ofwork motivation on job satisfaction; (4) the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfactionThis research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of "Yogyakarta Province Social Service Department Operational Section". The sample of the study was 46 employees. Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application.The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at employees at the Yogyakarta Provincial Social Office of Operational Section.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand (1) the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment simultaneously to Dividend Payout Ratio (2) the influence of Current Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio (3) the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio (4) the influence of Return on Investment to Dividend Payout Ratio in automotive sub-sector and components listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2011-2016. This research belongs to the type of correlational research. The population is all automotive sub-sector companies and components of 13 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 4 companies. Method of data collection using documentation method, while data analysis technique use multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test, autocorrelation test besides supported also by f test and t test.The results showed that multiple linear regression equation for three predictors is DPR = -6,326 + 0,367CR-0,175DER + ε.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is (1) the effect of dividend announcement on stock return before, during and after and (2) trading volume of stock before, during and after on company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. In this research classified type of quantitative research. The population is all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. The sample of research is 3 companies in different sectors, namely: (1) Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), (2) United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), (3) ) PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST). Data collection method using documentation method, while technique of data analysis using different test that is T test (T-test). The result of the research shows that stock return test in the period before with after dividend announcement is known that sig. 0.721 which means not proven, stock return in the period before with the time of dividend announcement known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and stock returns in the current period with after dividend announcement known sig. 0,000 which means proven. From the test results of trading volume of shares in the period before with after the announcement of dividend known that sig. 0,000 which means proven. In the period before the time of dividend announcement is known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and in the period when after the dividend announcement is known that sig. 0,000 means proven.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzethe influence store atmosphere, service quality, confidence, and perception of price in the parsial about repurchase intention on the consumers Mirota Kampus Godean. This study was intendedto know the factors external and internal consumers Mirota Kampus Godean. The population in this study is the whole consumers eho been doing the shopping in Mirota Kampus Godean. The members of the sample in this study number 115 respondents. A sample of in aksidental engineering. Sample aksidental is determination sample based on a coincidence.Variable store atmosphere, service quality, does not significant influencethe perception of price. Confidence and perception significant and positive influence therepurchase intention. The coefficient determinasi (adjusted R2) from fourth variables such is the 0,488. This means repurchase intention on consumers Mirota Kampus Godean influenced store atmosphere, service quality, confidence, and perception of price of48%, while the rest 52% influenced other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the influence of work motivation affect on employee work discipline that occurred in Padang Golf Adisucipto on the performance of its employees.The number of samples of this study as much 30 employees in Padang Golf Adisutjipto with purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model.The result of statistical test shows thatwork motivation variable have positive effect to work discipline to employee performance at Padang Golf Adisucipto.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to findthe influence between profitability and sales growth, to firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable, at subcompany. Property sector in IDX 2008-2012. Profitability using PBV, Growth penjulan using SG Dividend Policy using DPRCorporatevalueusingPBV.The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.From the research results show that.(1) There is no positive effect of profitability on dividend policy, (2) There is no positive effect of sales growth on dividend policy,(3) There is no positive influence of dividend policy toward firm value,(4) there is positive influence of profitability to company value, (5) there is positive effect of sales growth to company value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) the effect of return on asset variables on stock returns, 2) the effect of return on assets on capital structure, 3) the effect of capital structure on stock returns. Variable in this research is return on asset, stock return, capital structure. The sample of this research are 5 telecommunication companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2009-2016. The data in this research are secondary data obtained from Indonesian Stock Exchange while the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, and coefficient of determination test (R2).The results showed that there is a positive influence and significant return on assets on stock returns on telecommunication companies of 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a positive influenceand significant return on asset to capital structure in telecommunication company is 0,004 (p <0,05). There is a positive and significant effect of capital structure on stock return on telecommunication company by 0,140(p <0,05). So there is influence between return on asset to stock return with capital structure as intervening variable at Indonesian telecommunication company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) the effect of work environment on organizational commitment, (2) the effect of motivation to organizational commitment, (3) the most dominant variables affect the commitment of employee organizations.This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The variables in this study are work environment, motivation, and employee organizations. The research population is all employees in the field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan, while the research sample is 30 employees. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling (census). Data collection methods used questionnaires (questionnaires), while data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis.The result of regression analysis obtained by linear double regression equation for two predictors is Y = 12,570 -0,013 X1+ 0,641 X2+ e. The results showed (1) There is a not positive influence of work environment on employee organizations in field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan with significant value (p) = 0,921>0,05. (2) There is a positive influence of motivation on employee organizations in field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan with significant value (p) = 0,000<0,05. (3)The work environment has no effect on organizational commitment while work motivation has a signifficant effect on organizational commitment .The value of determinant coefficient (R2) between X1, and X2 with Y is 0,355, it means that the influence between work environment (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee organization (Y) is 35,5%.

Abstract

This research aims 1) To know whether there is influence of product quality to customer satisfaction PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia 2) To know whether there is influence after service seles to consumer satisfaction PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 3) To know whether there is influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia.4) To know if there is a direct influence of product quality to consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 5) To knowwhether there is influence directly after seles service to consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 6) To know whether there is influence indirect product quality and after-service service to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable. To obtain the necessary data in answering the hypothesis used research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the respondents as much as 92 (ninety two) with the sample technique using proportional sampling. Because in this study using questionnaires that in this questionnaire is measured using ordinal scale then before being processed, tested first using the validity and reliability test, assumption test and path analysis (Path Analysis).From the result of the research show:Regression equation I is Y1 = 0,372 X1 0,331 X2, whereas regression equation II is Y2 = 0,219 x1 0,246 x2 0,279 y1. This shows that: The quality of the product has a direct influence on customer satisfaction. So that H01 is accepted, After sales service has a direct influence on customer satisfaction. So H02 accepted, consumer satisfaction has a direct influence on consumer loyalty. H03 is accepted, product quality directly affects consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia. So that H04 received, After sales service directly affects consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia. H05 is accepted, product quality has influence to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable. So H06 accepted, After sales service have influence to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as intervening variable. So H06 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the influence of workload on work stress, (2) the influence of workload variable on social support, (3) influence of work stress variable to social support, (4) influence of workload variable to work stress through social support as intervening variable at Depok Barat Police Departement. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The population is all members of the police “Polsek Depok Barat” of the rank ofBintara with a total 63 peoples who are also used as sample research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using linear regression, path analysis and Sobel test with SPSS 18.00 for windows. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicate that work load has a significant positive effect to work stress; workload has a positive and significant effect to social support; work stress have a significant positive effect to social support; and work load have a positive and significant effect on work stress through social support as variaelintervening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the influence of transformational force on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of the transformational leadership style on organizational commitment; (3) the influence of organizational commitment to job satisfaction; (4) the influence of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment debagai intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research. Population in this research is employees "Balu Oto Work Yogyakarta". The data were collected by questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by t test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 18.00 for windows application.Result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicate that leadership style have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction; leadership style has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment; organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; transformational leadership style positively affects job satisfaction with organizational commitment as intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose is: (1)To know the influence of the Significance of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment on the employees(2)the influence of the significance of work motivation to organizational commitment to employees, (3)the influence of organizational commitment to job satisfaction on employees, (4)significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction (5)significant influence of work motivation to job satisfaction,(6)influence of organizational culture, work motivation to job satisfaction, (7)influence organizational culture and work motivation to job satisfaction, (8)influence organizational culture, Work Motivation to Job Satisfaction with Organizational commitment as intervening variable.The type of this research is quantitative,population is 360 employees.Sampel used as 78 employees,with sampling motode using convience sampling with slovin formula. Data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression supported by T test.The result of analysis shows that organizational culture has no effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has significant effect to organizational commitment, organizational commitment have significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture and work motivation collectively have an effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation has no effect on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as intervening variable.
