Abstract

The research is aimed to explore the effect of the service quality, the reputation of company, and the attribute of company toward the repurchase intention of go-food customers at Yogyakarta. This research is using the questionnaire form which is dispersed as the premier data. Population in this research is the common people costumer who has go-jek application and has used go-food's service at Yogyakarta, while the sample in this research is the common people costumer who has used go-food's service at least twice at Yogyakarta city when this research is done. The result of research reveals the reality effect of the effect of the service quality, the reputation of company, and the attribute of company toward the repurchase intention of go-food customers at Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Every company would expect employees to give maximum results in their work. Therefore, the company / institution must try to do the actions that cause the employees to realize that expectation. One effort that can be done by the company is to find out what factors affect the improvement of employee performance, then take action to improve it. Many factors can affect employee performance improvement. These factors are work ethic, compensation and discipline. The type of data in this study is to use primary data. This research uses economic variables such as Work Ethic, Compensation, and Discipline. The analysis used is Descriptive analysis. The result of this research is variable of work ethic have an effect on to employee performance of FKIP UST, whilediscipline andcompensation variable does not affect to employee performance of FKIP UST. As well as 49% of work ethic variables, compensation, and discipline affect together on the performance of FKIP UST employees, and the rest are described outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel citra merek, kualitas produk, perceived price fairness, strategi diferensiasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Tugu Chocolate di Kotagede Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel indenpenden yaitu citra merek, kualitas produk, perceived price fairness, strategi diferensiasi dan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalahSimple Random Sampling. Teknik Simple Random Sampling(sampel acak sederhana) yaitu suatu tipe sampling probabilitas, dimana peneliti dalam memilih sample dengan memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada semua anggota populasi untuk ditetapkan sebagai anggota sampel. Sampel hanya diambil pada konsumen Tugu Chocolate di Kotagede Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 100 orang.Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner yang dibagikan untuk diisi oleh konsumen Tugu Chocolate.Untuk pengujian validitas dan realibilitas variable menggunakan alat bantuSPSS 16.0.danSmartPLS3.0.Berdasarkan analisis data danhasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi tingkat 0,000.Kualitas produktidakberpengaruhterhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,180.Percieved price fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001.Strategi diferensiasitidakberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,947.Secara simultancitra merek, kualitas produk, perceived price fairness, strategi diferensiasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 dan tingkat kesalahan 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence (1) leadership style on employee performance, (2) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (3) together Leadership Style and Work Motivation, to Employee Performance UPT Library University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called causal relations. the population is the whole of the research subjects of the employees of UPT Library University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, which amounted to 30 employees. Methods of collecting data in the form of questionnaires. While Tekhik data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis (T) test and F test. And classical assumption test consist of Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.Result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicate that leadership style have positive significant effect to employee performance, work motivation have a significant positive effect to employee performance. There is influence of simultaneously variable of leadership style and work motivation to prove there is employee performance significant positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on job performance, the influence of work environment on job performance, the influence of job placement on job performance, and the effect of training, work environment and work placement together on the performance of Super market Pamela kusumanegara branch in Yogyakarta. The population in this research is all employees of 38 people in Super market Pamela kusumanegara branch in Yogyakarta using technique saturated samples of research, variables studied by the authors include Training (X1), Working Environment (X2), Work Placement (X3) and Job Performance (Y). Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis supported by F test and T test and classical assumption test consist of multicolinearity test, normality test, and heterokedastisity test.The result of research with significance level of 5% or 0,05 indicates that training has significant effect on work performance (0,020 <0,05), work environment has significant effect on work performance (0,021 <0,05), and work placement have significant influence to work performance (0.008> 0.05). Simultaneously the variables of training, work environment, and job performance have a significant effect on employee achievement of Super market Pamela kusumanegara branch in Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine a positive influence between work discipline, motivation, and organizational culture partially on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. To know the most dominant factors affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta.The variables of this study is the work discipline, work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction. The population in this study are employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta totaling 50 people, so the population is less than 100, the authors take the object of research at PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, where the entire population is used as a research subject and no sample, this study used census method. The method of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.The results obtained by the equation Y = 0,248X1 + 0,287X2 + 0,445X3. There is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employee PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. The most dominant factor influencing job satisfaction is the organization's culture. There is a simultaneous influence of labor discipline, motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction, with a significance level of 5%. Job satisfaction is affected variable work discipline, motivation and organizational cultureamounted to 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the tax minimization ontransfer pricing with audit committee as a moderating variable.This research used secondary data analysis of financial statements or annual reports of companies consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. By using purposive sampling method, the total amount of samples obtained in this research were 52 from 13companies.Data testing method used is linear regression analysis and moderet regresion analysis (MRA).The results of this research show that tax minimization hasnegativesignificant effect on transfer pricing with significance level of 0,010.Audit committee notable to weaken the relationship between tax minimizationto the transfer pricingwith a significance level of 0.162.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kepercayaan,dan komitmenbaiknsecara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jasa kursusJCC (Jogja Course Center). Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode non probability samplingdengan teknikpenentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka, dan penyusunan hipotesis, data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 pelanggan jasa kursusJCC (Jogja Course Center).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah LP= b1KMN +b2KP +b3KSI +ɛ. Artinya, secara simultan komitmen(KMN), kerpercayaan (KP), dan komunikasi (KSI) memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial variabelkepercayaan dan komunikasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelangganJCC (Jogja Course Center). Sedangkan komitmen tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap loyalitas pelangganJCC (Jogja Course Center).Dari ketigavariabel independen tersebut yang berpengaruh dominanterhadap loyalitas pelangganjasa kursusJCC (Jogja Course Center)adalah variabelkepercayaan.

Abstract

This study attempts to test influence modernization tax administration systems, and sanctions against compliance taxation taxpayers individual. The research was conducted inthe tax office pratama magelang. The data used the research is primary data obtained by the questionnaire, and in the sample used in research has reached 83. A method of the sample using accidental sampling and analysis techniques the data used was analysis techniques multiple regression.The result of this research showed that modernization tax administration in partial have had a positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Sanctions taxation in partial have had a positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Simultaneously modernization tax administration systems, and sanctions taxation have had a positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayer with value adjusted r square of 42,8 %.

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, knowing the work motivation on employee performance and to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employeess in the Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta.The method in this research using survey method, data collection technique used is the primary data collection technique with the entire population of the corps of 52 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.From the analysis results it is known that organizational culture has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,623 with a sinificant level of 0,001. From the analysis results it is known that work motivation has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,187 with a sinificant level of 0,003. From the analysis result obtained fvaluecount of 24,198 with the significance value (p) 0,000 means the significance (p) < 0,05 then it can be said that simultaneously variable organizational culture dan work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the issuance of tax assessment letters underpayment, issuance of tax bills, and the issuance of inauguration letter of taxable entrepreneurs simultaneously or partially to the income tax revenue in KPP Pratama temanggung period 2012-2016.The sampling method used is a Convenience Sampling. The population in this study amounted to 60, but the sample used only 51 samples and 9 samples in outlier because it has extreme value and not normally distributed. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the data processing in KPP Pratama Temanggung. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The result of the research proves that the issuance of tax assessment letters underpayment, issuance of letter of invoice, and issuance of inauguration letter of taxable entrepreneur simultaneously affect the income tax revenue in KPP Pratama Temanggung. Examiners partially concluded that the issuance of tax assessment letters has no effect, while the issuance of tax bills has a positive effect, and the issuance of taxable letters inauguration has a negative effect on income tax revenue in KPP Pratama Temanggung

Abstract

This research was aimed to test is there any influence between indepent variables (amount of claim and amount of objects paid to dependent variables (PBB-P2 revenue) both partially and simultaneously. The data was collected from Income and Management Finance and Aset’s District Departement in Gunungkidul regency, includes the amount of claim, amount of object paid, and PBB-P2 revenue. Methodology of this research was correlation with 54 data. The sample was selected by purposive sampling with the type of data used was the secondary archive of data, with the unit of data of subdistrict during three years. Before doing hypothesis testing, the data was analyzed first by classical asumption testing. Hypothesis testing was conducted with double linear regression statistical analysis device. The results of this research were as follows: (1) Testing partially showed that the amount of claim variable and the amount of object paid which was measured based on the Letter of Tax Object Notification has a significant and positive influence to PBB-P2 revenue. Testing simultaneously showed that the amount of claim and the amount of object paid which was measured based on SPPPT has a positive influence to PBB-P2 revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain: The influence of Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction; The influence of Customer Value on Customer Loyalty; The influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty. This research use explanatory research with quantitative approach. total sample in this research is 100 respondents who are consumers of the Concordia Executive Lounge terminal A Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta who purchased services more than once.Sample-taking technique used Accidental sampling meanwile the data collection method used questionnaire. Descriptive statistic analysis and path analysis are used to analyze the data. The result of the study shows that there is significant effect from Customers value variable (X) to customer satisfaction (Y1). Customer satisfaction variable has significant effect to customer loyalty variable (Y2). there is significant effect from Customer value variable to Customer loyalty variable (Y2).

Abstract

Thisstudy aims to analyze the effect of product completeness, the influence of price perceptions and location towards customer satisfaction inToserba DM Baru 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all consumers who have visitedand bought in Toserba DM Baru 1 with samples of 100 respondents.The research is a quantitative reasearch byusing questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis supported by T test and F test and classical assumption test consist of multikolinaritas test, heterokolinearity test and normality test. The result of research with significance level α = 5% or 0.05 shows that product completeness has positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.000 <0.05) Price perception have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.042 <0.05) and location has no positive and significant effect to Customer satisfaction (0.662> 0.05). Simultaneously variable of product completeness, perception of price and location have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.000 <0.05) at Toserba DM Baru 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta.
